I had an incredibly mixed experience at the resort. On one hand, the pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, which my family truly enjoyed. However, the cleanliness of our apartment was a significant issue, with dirty appliances and insufficient kitchenware, leaving much to be desired. Overall, while the amenities like the pool were great, my experience with the room was disappointing.

We had a fantastic week at Santana, enjoying a prime location just minutes away from the Theme Park buses and other public transport options. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals and feel at home.
